The figure consists of two vertical blocks and two horizontal blocks. A horizontal dotted line is passing through the mid of these three vertical blocks which divides the blocks into two parts. The first vertical block is labeled Root partition, the upper part of the block is consist of seven sub-blocks labeled H C S, V M M S, V M W P, and VDEVs and the lower part of the block is consist of eight sub-blocks labeled OS and Drives, StorVSP, champ, VID, Filesystem I bar O stack, VMBus, WinHvr. The second vertical block is labeled Enlightened child partition, the upper part of the block is consist of one sub-block labeled Applications and the lower part of the block is consist of four sub-blocks which are labeled Filesystem I bar O stack, StorVSC, VMBus bar WinHv, OS and drivers. The horizontal block is labeled Hypervisor and another horizontal block is divided into three sub-blocks which are labeled Disk, CPU, and Memory. A one-sided dotted arrow is pointing from StorVSC to the Disk.
