The figure consists of six blocks which are labeled Canonical bits, PXE index, PPE index, PDE index, Byte offset from left to right, also these blocks define the range of Bytes 0 to 12, 12 to 21, 21 to 30, 30 to 39, 39 to 48 and 48 to 63 from right to left. The second block is pointing an arrow to the P X E layer of the vertical block which is labeled page map level 4 and a CPU register block is also pointed to this block. The third block is pointing an arrow to the P P E layer of the vertical block which is labeled page directory pointers. The fourth block is pointing an arrow to the PDE layer of the vertical block which is labeled page directory. The fifth block is pointing an arrow to the P T E layer of the vertical block which is labeled page table. The sixth block is pointing an arrow to the RAM block.
