Another arrow labeled 2 points from this block points to a block labeled network controller and it is connected to another network controller placed below the right block using an arrow labeled 3. An arrow labeled 4 points from the right network controller to a block given inside the kernel space and again arrow 5 points from this sub-block to another block given inside the user space.
