There are Runnable processes connected with each partition. Priority 4 has three horizontal blocks connected with Highest Priority. Priority 3 has four horizontal blocks connected. Priority 2 has one horizontal block connected. Priority 1 has no block connected and is labeled with Lowest Priority.
