There are two main scientific journals devoted to the topic of eating disorders:

The websites of these journals are worth examining. There is also a new one, Journal of Eating Disorders. In addition, articles on eating disorders are regularly published in the leading medical, psychiatric, and psychological journals, all of which are indexed on the Internet.
